Rolled Beef Brisket

Ontario Rolled Beef Brisket. Perfect for the smoker, or slow cooked on the BBQ. I usually make a rub with choice herbs and spices, and let it sit in the smoker for about 6 hours, then wrap in tinfoil and finish off on the BBQ. Slice thin and serve. Approximately 3lb each
