Pork Tenderloin

Ontario Pork Tenderloin. The most tender cut you can imagine. I love to lightly season and cook it on my BBQ. First I sear it, then finish it on the off heat side of the BBQ. Another amazing way to do this is to butterfly the tenderloin and stuff it with our Cajun Sausage to give a nice twist.
